Let the festivities begin.

As we enter the season of music festivals here are some tips to go in (Eco-friendly) style
  1. Start off on the right foot by lessening your carbon footprint. Car pooling is the easiest way to do the earth and everyone else looking for a parking spot a favor.
  2. Designate a recycling, trash, and compost station within your camp.
  3. Don’t be lazy. Pick up trash.

Don’t forget the essentials!

  1. BYOB or Bring Your Own Bottle
  2. Pack an ashtray for those who puff
  3. Pick up a bottle of Sea to Summit Wilderness Wash! An all-in-one cleaner for dishes, laundry, and body wash. It’s 100% biodegradable and scent-free.
  4. Go paperless. Buy compostable plates and utensils or save money by bringing hardy dinnerware from home. (If you must buy paper products, purchase recycled materials from brands like EcoSoft)
  5. Get gassy. Gas-powered grills generate about one-third the carbon emissions of charcoal grills.
